1. To
ensure that HAIC establishes and maintains a reputation of
honesty, integrity and on-time delivery of services.
2. To
work cooperatively with affected areas with cultural competency
and by meeting their self-described needs.
3. To
provide critical medical surge capacity infrastructure globally
and within 48 hours of deployment orders.
4. To
provide training to medical personnel “on the ground” to
ensure that they can utilize the system and maintain it after
HAIC staff leave.
5. To
provide consulting services as needed to the affected area
for short and long-term emergency response and preparedness
planning.
6. To
maintain a trained and immediately available staff ready
to deploy to the affected location within 48 hours of deployment
orders.
